Editing your business profile

Go to More → Business Profile → Edit. Here you can update:

• Business name, phone, email, address
• ABN / tax number
• Country — changing this updates your currency, tax rate, and date format
• GST/VAT registered — toggle this on to add tax to your invoices and quotes
• Logo — upload your business logo (appears on invoices, quotes, and the customer portal)
• Brand colour — customise the accent colour on your portal pages
• Invoice template — choose Clean, Bold, or Classic
• Invoice prefix — e.g. "INV-" for invoice numbering
• Bank details — account name, BSB, and account number (shown on invoices)
• Invoice footer and quote footer — custom text at the bottom of your documents
• Portal welcome message — shown to customers on the booking confirmation page
