Creating your first job
Tap the + button in the centre of the tab bar, then select New Job.
Fill in the details:
- Customer — pick from your list or add a new one
- Date and time — when the job is scheduled
- Duration — pick from 30, 60, 120, or 180 minutes, or set a custom duration
- Address — type an address or tap "Use customer address" to pull it from their profile
- Services and line items — add from your services list or create custom line items with a description, quantity, and price
- Notes — anything the customer should know (shown on the booking page)
- Internal notes — just for you, never shown to the customer
Three ways to save:
- Confirm Job — creates the job and sends your customer a booking confirmation SMS with a link to confirm
- Send as Quote — creates the job and sends a quote for the customer to accept or decline before you confirm
- Save as Draft — saves without sending anything. Come back later to confirm or quote
