Job statuses explained

Every job moves through these statuses:

• Draft — saved but nothing sent to the customer yet. Shows as grey on the calendar.
• Quoted — a quote has been sent and you're waiting for the customer's response.
• Pending — the job is booked and a confirmation SMS has been sent, but the customer hasn't confirmed yet.
• Confirmed — the customer confirmed via SMS reply (YES) or through the booking portal.
• In Progress — you've tapped "Start Job" and you're on site working.
• Complete — the job is done. You can now create an invoice.
• Cancelled — the job was cancelled at any stage.
