When a customer accepts or declines
When they accept
You'll get a push notification: "James accepted your quote." The quote status changes to "Accepted" and you can then convert it to a confirmed job by tapping Convert to Job on the quote detail screen.
When they decline
You'll get a push notification: "James declined your quote." You can edit the quote, adjust the pricing, and resend it — or cancel the job.
When they just view it
The first time your customer opens the quote page, you'll get a notification that they've viewed it. This helps you know they've seen it, even if they haven't responded yet.
