My website isn't loading

If your address shows a "site not found" page or won't load, check:

• Is it published? Go to More → My Website — the status should say "Live", not "Draft". If it's a draft, tap Publish.
• Right address? Make sure you're using the exact slug shown on the management screen, ending in .getjobup.com.
• Just published? Give it a minute — changes take a few moments to go live.
• Still on Free? Websites need Starter or Pro. If your subscription lapsed, the site goes offline until you renew.
