The customer portal
Your customers interact with JobUp through a branded web portal — they never need to download an app.
The portal shows your business name, logo, phone number, and brand colour. Customers use it to:
- Confirm bookings — tap "Confirm Booking" on the booking page. After confirming, they see options to add the appointment to their calendar and get directions.
- Accept or decline quotes — view the full quote with line items and pricing, then accept or decline with one tap.
- View and download invoices — see the invoice details, your bank payment information, and download a professional PDF.
