Customer tags

Tags are a per-business way to group customers — VIPs, monthlies, strata, no-shows, anything that helps you find the right people quickly.

Creating and editing tags

  1. Go to More → Customer tags
  2. Tap the + button in the top right
  3. Enter a name and pick one of the 8 colours
  4. Tap Save

Each tag shows how many customers carry it. Tap a tag to rename or recolour it; tap the trash icon to delete it (the tag is removed from every customer it was on — the customers themselves stay put).

Assigning tags to a customer

Open a customer, tap Edit, and scroll to the TAGS section. Tap any tag to add it; tap again to remove it. Save to apply.

Filtering by tag

On the Customers tab, a horizontal strip of tag chips appears under the search bar (only when you have at least one tag). Tap a tag to show only customers with that tag; tap All to clear the filter.

Customer rows show small coloured dots next to the name for each tag — handy for scanning the list at a glance.
