The activity timeline
Every job has an activity timeline at the bottom of the detail screen. It shows everything that happened on this job in chronological order:
- Job created
- SMS confirmation sent
- Customer confirmed / replied
- Job started
- Job completed
- Invoice created / sent / viewed / paid
- Quote sent / viewed / accepted / declined
Each event shows a timestamp like "2 hours ago" or "Yesterday at 3:30 PM."
Free plan users: If no SMS was sent because you're on the free plan, you'll see a greyed-out entry saying "SMS confirmation would have been sent here" with a link to upgrade.
