Managing your team

On More → Team you'll see two lists: MEMBERS (active members of the business) and PENDING (invitations not yet accepted).

Tap any member to open their detail sheet:

• Calendar colour — picks the colour their jobs appear in on the calendar and as their avatar tint. Owners and admins can change anyone's colour; members can change their own.
• Role — owners and admins can promote a member to admin or demote an admin back to member. The owner's role can't be changed (use ownership transfer for that, when available).
• Remove from team — destructive action that revokes access. Their existing jobs become unassigned (visible to everyone) so nothing is lost.

You can't remove the owner, and you can't remove yourself from here — use Leave business instead.
