Creating an invoice
There are two ways to create an invoice:
From a completed job (recommended)
- Open a job that's marked as Complete
- Tap Create Invoice
- Review the pre-filled details — customer, line items, and totals are copied from the job
- Set a due date (defaults to 30 days)
- Tap Send Invoice or Save as Draft
Standalone invoice
- Tap + in the tab bar → New Invoice
- Pick a customer and add line items manually
- Set a due date (defaults to 14 days)
- Tap Create Invoice
