Creating an invoice

There are two ways to create an invoice:

From a completed job (recommended)

  1. Open a job that's marked as Complete
  2. Tap Create Invoice
  3. Review the pre-filled details — customer, line items, and totals are copied from the job
  4. Set a due date (defaults to 30 days)
  5. Tap Send Invoice or Save as Draft

Standalone invoice

  1. Tap + in the tab bar → New Invoice
  2. Pick a customer and add line items manually
  3. Set a due date (defaults to 14 days)
  4. Tap Create Invoice
