Sending payment reminders

For overdue or unpaid invoices, open the invoice detail and tap Remind (or ... → Send reminder).

This sends a reminder SMS and email to your customer with the invoice link. The message reminds them of the outstanding amount.

Payment reminders require a Starter or Pro plan.
