What your customer sees on the invoice portal
Your customer clicks the invoice link and sees a branded page with:
- Your business name, logo, and phone number
- Invoice number, issue date, and due date
- A banner showing how many days until it's due (or how overdue it is)
- Line items with quantities, unit prices, and totals
- Subtotal, tax, and total
- Your bank details with a payment reference instruction
- A Download Invoice (PDF) button
- A link to call your business
Once you record the payment, they'll see a "Paid in full" confirmation with a receipt download.
