Sending 'On My Way'

When you're heading to a confirmed job, tap the On My Way button on the job detail screen. This sends your customer an SMS letting them know you're coming.

The message says something like: "Hi James, Sam's Plumbing is on the way! See you shortly."

This is a one-tap action — no confirmation dialog.
