Sending a booking confirmation
When you create a job and tap Confirm Job, an SMS is automatically sent to your customer with a link to confirm their booking.
The SMS says something like: "Hi James, your booking with Sam's Plumbing is confirmed for 14 May at 9:00 AM. Tap to confirm: [link]. Or reply YES to confirm."
Your customer can confirm in two ways:
- Tap the link and confirm on the booking page
- Reply YES (or "yep", "yeah", "ok", "confirm") to the SMS
You'll get a push notification when they confirm.
To resend a confirmation, open the job detail and tap ... → Resend confirmation.
Note: SMS requires a Starter or Pro plan. On the free plan, the job is still created but the SMS isn't sent — you can share the booking link manually.
