Customer replies
When a customer replies to an SMS, here's what happens:
- YES, yep, yeah, ok, confirm — the booking is automatically confirmed and you get a push notification
- Anything else — the reply is logged and you get a push notification showing their message. You can see it in the job's activity timeline.
Customer replies are free — you're only charged for outbound messages.
