How SMS automation works

JobUp sends SMS messages to your customers automatically at key moments. You don't need to write or send texts manually — just create jobs, quotes, and invoices and JobUp handles the communication.

All SMS messages are sent from a dedicated number. In Australia and New Zealand, customers can reply directly to this number.

SMS requires a Starter ($29.99/mo) or Pro ($49.99/mo) plan. On the free plan, jobs and invoices are still created but SMS messages are skipped.
