SMS limits by plan
- Free — no SMS. All messages are skipped.
- Starter — 200 SMS per month. When you hit the limit, jobs and invoices are still created but SMS is skipped until the next month.
- Pro — unlimited SMS.
Your SMS usage resets on the 1st of each month. You can see your current usage in More → tap your plan card.
Each job typically uses about 4 SMS messages: confirmation + 24h reminder + 2h reminder + invoice delivery.
