Customising message templates

Go to More → Message Templates to see and edit your SMS templates.

You can customise:

• Booking confirmation
• On My Way
• 24-hour reminder
• 2-hour reminder
• Quote follow-up
• Invoice delivery
• Invoice reminder

Templates use placeholders like {customer_name}, {business_name}, {date}, {time}, and {amount} that are automatically filled in when the message is sent.

Note: Editing templates requires a Starter or Pro plan. On the free plan, templates are read-only.
