Subscription and billing in teams

The subscription belongs to the business, not to any individual user.

• Only the owner sees billing screens, can upgrade or downgrade, and manages the payment method.
• Plan limits are per business, not per member. A 200 SMS/month Starter plan means 200 SMS total across the team — not 200 each.
• Admins and members see the plan name but the card is read-only.
• If a member hits a limit (e.g. tries to create the 6th job on a Free plan), they see the same upgrade prompt — but they need to ask the owner to actually upgrade.
